2.2. Return Authorization: Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is essential for processing your return.
2.3. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3.1. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3.2. Replacement: If you opted for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
